Tooth Gem Products
Due to the nature of tooth gem products & hygiene and safety concerns Mouth House cannot take returns of tooth gems crystals, adhesives, tooth charms & disposable products.
If you believe your product is faulty upon receiving your product, you the consumer must contact Mouth House within 3 business days with photos of the item in its original packing & how it was received.
From here, Mouth House will determine the right course of action with the customer to either send out a replacement or refund of the item, in which this will be discussed with the customer.

Some items such as our Max 9 Curing Wands have a 1 year warranty from the date of which Mouth House purchased this item with the manufacture. If your wand has a manufacturing fault, please contact us so we can determine the type of fault and apply the 1 year manufacturing warranty if your wand falls within this time.

No refunds are offered on any digital downloads & products.
Refund Transaction Fees
Payment providers typically do not refund the transaction fees (2% for Shopify & 2% for BNPL services) from the original payment when a refund is processed.
Additionally, they may or may not charge transaction fees for the refund itself.
As a result, we are unable to refund any non-recoverable transaction fees from the original payment, as well as any fees that may apply to the refund transaction. These fees could be up to 4% depending on your how you paid.

Mouth House is not a courier company. Mouth House fulfils its duties to it's customers by sending the customer their parcel within the outlined fulfilment time.
If there are issues with your address, Mouth House will contact the customer for clarification.
If your order was shipped through Australia Post & it has been found through investigation with Australia Post that your parcel has been lost or delivered to the wrong address, Australia Post offer up to $100 compensation on non insured parcels.
The customer can opt to have their parcel full insured for an extra fee and must contact Mouth House before placing the order so we can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.
Mouth House takes no responsibility for any parcels that do not get delivered and are returned to the sender if the shipping address isn't valid if the customer doesn't pick up their item or is non-contactable to the courier companies. No refunds are given under these circumstances.
