Grillz
Mouth House does not offer refunds on grillz if the customer changes their mind. Please consider your purchase wisely.
They are covered by the consumer guarantees that apply automatically under the Australian Consumer Law & the ACCC.
If the customer changes their mind on their grillz set - Mouth House will offer the customer a store credit only.
Mouth House will do everything we can to ensure the customer is equipped with the knowledge to do their at home impression kit correctly. If Mouth House determine that the impression is not good enough for production we will ask the customer to product additional impressions.
Impression Issues
If you, the customer, has receeding gumlines or any dental issues that could affect your impression, Mouth House strongly encourage customers to get their impression done by a dental professional to avoid fitment issues.
Mouth House can only work with the best impression that is provided. While we do our best to flag these impressions, if it has been found that a grillz doesn't fit due to an incorrect customer impression Mouth House will work with the customer to either
- Refund the customer of the value of the metal weight only.
- Offer a remake, the customer will be required to pay the metal weight & stone value again.
Refund Transaction Fees
Payment providers typically do not refund the transaction fees (2% for Shopify & 2% for BNPL services) from the original payment when a refund is processed.
Additionally, they may or may not charge transaction fees for the refund itself.
As a result, we are unable to refund any non-recoverable transaction fees from the original payment, as well as any fees that may apply to the refund transaction. These fees could be up to 4% depending on your how you paid.
Flagged Fraudulent Orders
Mouth House will not accept any orders that get flagged as fraudulent. Your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
